7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hampstead.
